Our sessions run 6 days a week across a mixture of mornings and evenings so there is always a session to suit you.

Monday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Outdoor)
Thursday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Outdoor)
Saturday: 8:15am – 9:15am (Outdoor)

Tuesday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Indoor)

Packages
We offer 3 membership options:
£35pm – Individual Limited Membership gives you the option to attend 1 session per week.
£45pm – Individual unlimited membership gives you the flexibility to attend all of our sessions each month.
£79pm – Couples unlimited membership is perfect for those who like to workout together, this membership is unlimited so you can both attend as many sessions per week as you would like.
Memberships are based on a 3 month minimum contract, then 30 days notice to cancel thereafter.
