Elite Bootcamp Fitness sessions are a combination of circuits, shuttle runs and body weight exercises which aim to achieve and improve upon a basic level of physical fitness. 

Elite Bootcamp Fitness has been developed by fitness professionals to provide results quickly. It’s enjoyable, challenging, motivating, achievable by all and see’s great results. In order to help you get fitter, faster, stronger, leaner and more resilient, sessions are designed to improve all pillars of fitness. Our sessions are ideal for individuals who want to achieve all the above in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our instructors have worked in the fitness industry running bootcamps, fitness challenges and PT sessions for years and we officially put all of that together to create Elite Bootcamp Fitness in September 2022. All of our team are friendly, highly experienced and love what they do, so are great fun and inspirational to exercise with. No matter what your fitness levels, whether it is your very first time working out or you are a seasoned veteran, you will be made to feel welcome at Elite Bootcamp Fitness. We will always encourage you in a positive manner to work as hard as you can so that you are able to make life changing improvements to your health and wellbeing.

All of our sessions are unique and wont be found anywhere else, we hate doing the same circuits every week so we ensure you don’t have to. We focus on challenging team-building activities to offer a holistic and fun approach to training that far exceeds your regular workout classes.


WHICH GROUP IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Our groups are split into four colour catogories. You can choose which group you wish to join on the day and as your fitness levels increase, challenge yourself by stepping up into the next group up.

REDS

Beginners Group

Our red group is perfect for those starting up in their fitness journey. This groups main focus is to get you moving and burning calories.

aMBERS

Intermediate Group

Our amber group improves on fitness gained in reds, our amber groups increase the amount of reps, distance and duration of exercises.

FAST AMBERS

Advanced Group

As you progress into our fast amber group we once again increase the amount of reps, the distance and the duration of exercises.

GREENS

Expert Group

Our expert group can expect a tough workout, designed to maintain a high level of fitness by completing a challenging set of circuits.
